Our goal is to provide our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of your receipt for exchange or full refund. Sorry, but items that are damaged, soiled or worn will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Please allow 15 days for credits on returns. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt.

Returns
Please mail your return(s) to 415 Clothing, 1300 Evans Ave #884211, San Francisco, CA 94118. You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. You will be refunded/credited within 7 days of receiving your return; however, please be advised that your credit card company may take up to 15 days to post the return to your account. The returned item must be sent either UPS ground or through the Post Office or it will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Need to change a size or style, no problem, simply return the item by either UPS ground or Parcel Post Insured within 30 days. It is best to contact us so we can make sure the item you need is in stock!
Damaged or wrong item
If you received the wrong item (different from what you ordered) or if it was damaged, we will send you a return tag for the item as well as ship the correct item right away!!
